Terms of Use

Last updated: May 15, 2026. LolaScreen is a family communication and comfort app that helps caregivers configure a simpler iPhone experience for an older loved one. LolaScreen is not a medical device, emergency service, monitoring service, location tracker, or substitute for professional care.

Accounts And Family Circles

Caregiver account holders must be at least 18. Caregivers are responsible for having the legal authority and family permission needed to configure a senior's device, invite co-caregivers, upload photos, record voice prompts, and manage subscriptions. Invited caregivers may see family photos, voice prompts, activity events, setup state, and other shared family circle data.

Senior End-Users

The senior end-user may use LolaScreen without managing billing or legal settings. Caregivers must configure LolaScreen in a way that respects the senior's dignity, privacy, and applicable legal rights.

Subscriptions

LolaScreen may offer monthly and annual subscriptions through Apple StoreKit. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, restore purchases, and refund handling are governed by Apple terms and App Store purchase flows.

Acceptable Use

Users may not upload unlawful, abusive, invasive, non-consensual, or harmful content. Users may not attempt to access another family circle, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with service operation.

Disclaimers

LolaScreen is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, push notification delivery, successful call connection, or emergency response. Caregivers remain responsible for appropriate care arrangements and emergency planning.

Deletion And Support

Caregivers may cancel subscriptions through Apple and may request deletion of family circle data. Some transaction and security records may be retained where legally required. Contact support@lolascreen.com.

These terms are a launch-ready web draft for App Store metadata. Counsel should review before charging money or submitting the final build.
